Our Community Inc., LLC, better known as OCI Group, was founded on the premise that “social good” is good for business and good for our communities. Social purpose is at the core of our work because we are passionate about actively engaging our community and altering the way business is conducted in this global 21st century society.
We work with companies, organizations, educational institutions, and individuals to support building genuine “social purpose businesses (SPBs),” through which we demonstrate that being concerned with the “greater good” in the community will help them achieve their goals and improve their bottom line.

OUR TEAM
The Partners of OCI Group are all alumni of the National Hispanic Institute, where they continue to volunteer locally and nationally, working with high school youth on leadership development, cultural awareness, and community engagement. They are also Certified Action Learning Trainers through the World Institute for Action Learning.
